Register for the in-person MEIR Course
To request training at an in-person MEIR Course (information), complete the appropriate form (click either of 2 Register here links below) as soon as possible to ensure registration. Confirmation will be e-mailed after receipt of your form.
U.S. or Allied military personnel,  
U.S. Department of Defense civilian employees,  
and Public Health Service uniformed personnel

To request training via the online MEIR Course (information), complete the appropriate form (click the Register here link below) to register. Confirmation will be e-mailed after receipt of your form.
U.S. or allied military personnel, U.S. Department of Defense civilian
employees, and Public Health Service uniformed personnel.
NOTE: Although the online version does grant 6 CME or CNE credits,
its completion does not confer credit for completion of the MEIR Course.
