NOTES
Registration closes when capacity is reached or 7 days before the start of a course
at a continental U.S. site (CONUS) and 14 days before one outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS).

Register for a FY15 in-person MEIR Course
To request training at an in-person MEIR Course (information), complete the appropriate form (click either of 2 Register here links below) as soon as possible to ensure registration. Confirmation will be e-mailed after receipt of your form.

Register for the online MEIR Course
To request training via the online MEIR Course (information), complete the appropriate form (click the Register here link below) to register. Confirmation will be e-mailed after receipt of your form.

NOTE: Although the online version does grant 6 CME or CNE credits,
its completion does not confer credit for completion of the MEIR Course.

Fees
• U.S. and allied military and DoD civilian personnel—Tuition waived (requires .mil address or an exception)
• All other personnel (including defense contractors)—$200 each for in-person MEIR Course.

Individual fees, if required, should be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
Attendance cancellation policy
