Gene Forge 3900 and ABI 3900 and DNA Synthesizer
Two DNA synthesizers can synthesize DNA oligonucleotides with fast cycle times, low reagent consumption, and incomparable reliability. They are ideal for synthesizing primers of various lengths from 15 to 100 mer at scales of 40 nmol, 1 micromol, and 0.2 micromole. The products –oligonucleotide are used in varied PCR assays, sequence reaction assay, clone screening, gene expression detection, genotyping and vaccine candidate screen, as well as the disease related gene mutation detection. Two systems can produce up to 288 primer 20 mer length oligos at 40 and 200 nmol scales in less than 10 hours (six runs of 48).
