Clinical Coordinator 

HJF is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator for the CHIRP Clinical Core. The Clinical Coordinator will conduct clinical research activities for CHIRP genome sequencing studies at the Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Responsibilities include the coordination of clinical study participation, data collection, and ensuring that accurate study documentation is maintained and complies with all governing regulations.

Regulatory Affairs Specialist

HJF is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist for the CHIRP Clinical Core. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will prepare clinical research protocols and ensure regulatory compliance for CHIRP whole genome sequencing protocols at the Walter Reed Military Medical Center.

Senior Computational Biologist

The Computational Biologist will design and execute computational genomics and statistical analysis, e.g. mutation discovery and trait association in large WGS cohorts, genomewide RNA expression analysis, disease classification, and risk prediction.   This is an exciting opportunity to be a lead scientist for a new genome sequencing center. 

Genomic Biostatistician

The Biostatistician will perform statistical analysis on large genomics datasets (DNA whole genome sequencing, DNA exome sequencing, mRNA sequencing, clinical metadata).  This is an exciting opportunity to be a lead Biostatistician for our new genome sequencing program.

Senior Linux Systems Administrator

The Senior Linux Systems Administrator will lead the configuration and support of new high performance compute cluster and enterprise large data storage systems. The Senior Linux Systems Administrator will be a member of the CHIRP Bioinformatics Core and be engaged in an exciting medical research environment utilizing the latest technologies. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
