Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 0715-1200 and 1245-1600, Wednesday 0830-1200 and 1245-1600. We will be closed from 1200-1430 on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. 


EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY: The gate hours at NSA Bethesda are changing. Please plan appropriately to arrive early as delays are expected and please take note of the following schedule:

Gate 1 (Visitor Center/North Gate) – Open 24/7 

Gate 2 (South Gate, across from Metro):
- Open to inbound and outbound traffic from 5 to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday
- Closed to vehicle traffic, 8:31 a.m. to 2:59 p.m., Monday through Friday 
- Automated pedestrian turnstiles access remains available 24/7 
- ADA swing gates will remain open from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday 
- Open to OUTBOUND traffic only from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday 
- Closed on weekends 
Gate 3 (NEX Gate) – Closed to vehicles and pedestrians until further notice 
Gate 4 (Navy Lodge) – Closed to vehicles and pedestrians until further notice 
Gate 5 (USU Gate) – Open 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday

To increase access to care, the Department of Defense is launching an Urgent Care Pilot Program for TRICARE Prime beneficiaries. This program allows Prime enrollees two visits to a network or TRICARE authorized provider without a referral or prior authorization.
