Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 0715-1200 and 1245-1600, Wednesday 0830-1200 and 1245-1600. We will be closed from 1200-1430 on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. 

Attention

Please be advised that the University Family Health
Center will be closed for all walk in services and appointments on the
following dates and times as we will be holding MS 2021 in
processing/readiness lines.  Please alert your family members that if
they are trying to get in for an acute appointment to please leave a
message on the voicemail with a audible telephone number.  We will
have some acute  appointment  availability in the AM of 2 August.  We
will  make every attempt to accommodate the needs of those who need
acute appointments in the PM of 3 and 8 August.  We will be placing
call back phone calls  to schedule appointments between 1100-1145hrs
on 3 and 8 August

To increase access to care, the Department of Defense is launching an Urgent Care Pilot Program for TRICARE Prime beneficiaries. This program allows Prime enrollees two visits to a network or TRICARE authorized provider without a referral or prior authorization.

Medical Records

Medical Records

Your health record is a valuable document that is the property of the United States Government. If you need a copy of your Medical Record for physical therapy, doctor's appointment, referral and for some other personal reason please forward your request to WRNMMC Medical Records, refer to phone numbers provided below for any questions.

Active Duty

All new students/staff must turn their outpatient medical records in to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) bldg. 7, 2nd floor. Please call 301-295-0644 for any questions.

Dependents

All dependents must turn in their records to WRNMMC Bldg. 3, 1st floor. Please call 301-295-5150 for any questions.

Civilian Care

If you receive care at another military or civilian facility, please forward any treatment related information to the clinic for us to scan into your electronic medical records. Please fax it to UFHC 301-295-1294.

Dental Records

Dental Care is available for active duty members at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) building 2, 2nd floor, WRNMMC. All Active duty Dental Records are maintained at the Dental Clinic. Call 301-295-2005 for information.
