The intervention for PTSD that currently has the most evidence to support it is known as exposure therapy. Two popular forms of exposure therapy are known as “imaginal” and “virtual reality”.
Please join our research study, located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, to improve the treatment of PTSD by combining each of these forms of exposure therapy with a very low does of a medication called D-Cycloserine, which has been FDA-approved for treatment of other conditions, though not yet PTSD.
