FAQs

Yes, the Metro stops across the street from the entrance to Naval Support Activity Bethesda (NSAB) Gate 2. It is the Medical Center stop. A shuttle running approximately every 15 minutes transports commuters to the USUHS campus. The shuttle will have the USUHS logo and picks up passengers at the "Kiss and Ride" section of the Medical Center parking lot.

Students should express why Science or Medicine is important to them and why this program would benefit them.

There is no fee for the actual program. The only fee is for the students to pay for their lunch daily. Students do have the option of bringing their own lunch.

No shorts or tank tops.  Students should wear comfortable shoes as they will do a lot of walking on a daily basis.

Unfortunately due to the parking restrictions, students are not allowed to park at the University.
