Biography

Anna Johnston serves as the Technical Lead for tactical and operational analysis for Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation at CGHE. In her current position, Ms. Johnston liaises with stakeholders and partners and helps them develop in-country capacity assessments, monitoring and evaluation measurement tools, and evaluation protocols to demonstrate the effectiveness of Global Health Engagement (GHE) objectives.

Prior to her work at CGHE, Ms. Johnston worked on a variety of global health projects in the Washington, DC area and abroad, namely in sub-Saharan Africa. Ms. Johnston received her Master of Public Health in Global Health Design, Monitoring and Evaluation from the George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Tennessee.
