Biography

CPT Elizabeth Yu is currently a third year pediatric resident at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC). She studied Bioengineering as an undergraduate student and earned a B.S. degree at the University of Maryland, College Park. Shortly thereafter, she entered the US Air Force as a 2LT at Uniformed Services University F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine. She continued on her medical education, switching to the US Army in 2015 and entering Pediatrics at MAMC in 2015. CPT Yu has recently accepted a Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship with the US Army, and will be training as a fellow from 2018-2021, and is excited to continue education future physicians pediatricians across the DoD.
