Education

Colonel Chung graduated from Georgetown University and Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed radiology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at the Children’s Hospital Boston. She is board certified in Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Pediatric Radiology.

Biography

Dr. Chung is an Associate Professor and Vice Chair of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), and Pediatric Section Chief at the American Institute for Radiologic Pathology. She is the current President of the USUHS Faculty Senate. She served as the Integrated Chief of Diagnostic Radiology during the merger of Walter Reed Army Medical center and National Naval Medical Center to form Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Colonel Chung has been awarded the U.S. Army’s “A” Proficiency Designator.
