Hannah Fitter serves as the Component Assessment Analyst for the Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation Division at CGHE. In her current position, Ms. Fitter develops evaluation protocols and carries out relevant research methodologies including surveys (of Readiness), opinion polls (of Partner Nations), pre/post tests, and in-depth interviews. Currently, her work supports formative evaluation across the services and geographic combatant commands to assist decision-makers in planning more effective, sustainable global health engagements (GHE).
Prior to her work at CGHE, Ms. Fitter worked with various NGOs in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DM&E) roles mainly in the international development and conflict resolution sectors, based out of Washington, DC, Dakar, Senegal, and Maputo, Mozambique. She received her MA in Evidence-based International Decision-Making from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs (Concentrating in International Development) from The George Washington University's Elliott School.
