The document includes an introduction (primarily to introduce the university to those who are new to our mission and history), an executive summary, a crosswalk (which tracks where the report addresses each of the evaluation standards), conclusions and recommendations (developed throughout the self-study in response to each of the evaluation standards), and the 100-page self-study (which provides USU’s responses to questions designed to guide the reader toward a better understanding of the university and how it is in compliance with the evaluation standards of the Middle States Association).
