This study will address a critical gap in military AE mission planning by empirically validating HPMx3, a novel simulation tool designed to quantify the impact of human performance factors on mission outcomes. By integrating quantitative metrics and qualitative insights, the research aims to enhance the model’s fidelity, providing military leaders with a data-driven solution to optimize personnel allocation, mitigate fatigue-related performance decrements, and improve patient survivability in operational scenarios.
