Rigorous scientific peer review ensures that each application is evaluated for scientifically sound objectives and is given a fair opportunity for funding. It also enhances the quality of research performed at USU. The Scientific Peer Review Program (SPR) provides oversight and coordination of the scientific review process for all intramural applications. This includes applications for funding from USU Centers, Programs, and all other research projects that did not receive scientific review. Additional details concerning the SPR requirements and processes can be found in USU Instruction 3200.
