Getting Desktop Assistance and Account Information
The Academic & Research Computing Support (ARCS) One Stop staff can answer general information technology questions from University faculty, staff, students, via live online help, on the telephone, in-person, and by e-mail.
To request a user account (LAN, email, etc.), customers must have a valid USU badge to identify them as a USU faculty, staff or student.
August 30, 2015 is the cutoff date for Requests for Funds Transfers for computer purchases.
