Biography

Dr. Alexandra Stone is a Technical Advisor for Assessment, Measurement, and Evaluation (AME) at the USUHS Center for Global Health Engagement. As a researcher and evaluator, Dr. Stone uses data to generate actionable insights about program outcomes and impacts and opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency. She has over 10 years of experience designing and implementing program assessments and evaluations for government programs at the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, National Institutes of Health, Department of Energy, and White House of Science and Technology Policy. Dr. Stone has a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Smith College, a M.Sc. in Public Policy from Georgetown, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Texas at Austin.
