Biography

Brent Donmoyer is an Assistant Professor in the Daniel K. Inouye Graduate School of Nursing at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USU). He has been a faculty member since August 2020 for the Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program. He completed his Doctorate of Nursing Practice at (USU) in 2017, and a Master’s of Science (Nursing) as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (ACNS), from The Pennsylvania State University in 2009. Brent is a Board Certified PMHNP and ACNS via the ANCC. He has served over 20 years as an Active Duty U.S. Army nurse/officer in a variety of clinical, operational and educational assignments. Brent’s academic areas of interest include: a) mental health promotion/prevention and b) integrated care.
