Biography

LTC Cooper has been an Army Occupational Therapist for 15 years. Specialties include program and personnel management, TBI research and rehabilitation, musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment, and behavioral health intervention. Years in the Army have afforded instruction, deployment, management, and program development opportunities to which she has excelled.

LTC Cooper is currently the Program Director for the U.S. Army-Baylor DScOT program at BAMC. She completed a PhD in Educational Psychology and Research at the University of Kanas, with emphasis in Research, Evaluation, Measurement and Statistics. Research interests during this her career has focused on measurement tool/test development and validation methodologies.
