Biography

Commander Schultz is a board certified Neonatal-Perinatal specialist currently serving as a clinical teaching staff for the Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Pediatric internship and residency were completed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and fellowship was completed at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC), Wilford Hall Medical Center. Her prior assignments include, staff neonatologist at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Medical Director at Joint Base Langley Eustis, Medical Director at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, and staff neonatologist at Naval Medical Center San Diego. She is the Navy’s sole National Faculty for the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program and was a content reviewer for the 6th edition Learners Manual. CDR Schultz is the daughter of a retired Surface Warfare Officer, and considers Upstate New York home.
