33 years in academic medicine in the civilian sector - from 1st yr medical students through residency training. I have been clerkship director for MS3 and MS4; curriculum development for residency and MS1 programs.

Regional: Member of Associated Medical Schools of NY Institute for Professional Development: charged w/creating a faculty development program to be shared among all the medical schools in the State of NY (2007-10)

Nationally: Evaluation Committee member of the Educational Scholars Program (ESP) of the AAP (2006-8). Site Director for Breastfeeding Promotion in Physician Office Practices residency curriculum study of the AAP (2007-8)

International: Guest lecturer at Chubu Hospital, Okinawa, Japan (2003, 2017). Guest lecturer at Children's Hospital, Podgorica, Montenegro and clinical instructor in Ulcin, Montenegro (2008, 2009)

Grants: Maternal and Child Health Bureau to the AAP, 2006, Breastfeeding promotion, I was PI for the Jacobi site.
