Biography

Ms. Garcelle Alequine serves as a Curriculum Specialist at USUHS' Center for Global Health Engagement (CGHE). Prior to joining CGHE, Garcelle worked as a program coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania, creating and implementing curriculum for adult learners. Additionally, Garcelle worked as a research assistant at Drexel University to create and implement an e-learning curriculum to assist students with understanding the public health research process.

Garcelle earned her Master of Public Health from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focusing on global health and the challenging process of evaluating outcomes and impacts of global health development programs. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina.
