Biography

Paul Crawford earned his Medical Degree from Penn State University and completed residency in Family Medicine at Eglin AFB, FL. During his 21 year Air Force career, he served as residency faculty, Associate Program Director, Program Director and Director of Medical Education. He was part of the team to start the new family medicine residency at Nellis AFB, NV, and grew it into premier status. He simultaneously founded and developed the Clinical Investigations Program at Nellis, and today it employs 11 people at 3 different Air Force Bases. He retired as a Colonel in 2019 and began working for USUHS Family Medicine in 2020. He serves as the Executive Director of the Military Primary Care Network and research mentor for numerous faculty, students, and residents.He resides in Las Vegas, NV and enjoys family time and outdoor activities.
