Education

Mr. Ferguson-English received his Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisville, where his principal field of study was voter behavior with an emphasis on quantitative analysis. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Berea College.

Biography

Sidwell Ferguson-English serves as the Sr. Knowledge Coordinator for the Center for Global Health Engagement . The Sr. Knowledge Coordinator supports the DoD GHE enterprise through coordinating with stakeholders to streamline data collection processes, identify knowledge management best practices, and standardize approaches for using information. Mr. Ferguson-English also facilitates and assists in the use of quantitative assessment tools to provide insight into issues relevant to defense stakeholders through an interactive approach with various data.
