This prospective, cross-sectional study seeks to fill three specific gaps in research: 1) determining the prevalence of Resonant Leadership and burnout among active-duty Army nurses, 2) exploring differences in these variables based upon various demographic characteristics, and 3) clarifying the relationships between Resonant Leadership, burnout, and self-reported health symptoms.
