Abstract
The purpose of this Evidence-Based Project is to implement immersive virtual reality (iVR) simulation to enhance nurse-led team performance during high-risk, low-volume (HRLV) clinical emergencies. The long-term goal is to equip nurses with the skills, confidence, and adaptability needed to respond appropriately to adverse events at speed.
